Hannah Nordstrom
Day Camp Group Leader & Manager
Upon Hannah receiving her bachelors degree with various animal behavior and biology classes under her belt, she began pursuing her dreams of working with dogs. She has shadowed and trained underneath various schools in both upstate New York and here in Rhode Island. She has worked with dogs in group settings, taught agility classes, obedience, and competed at AKC trials with her personal dog. She has also taken various online courses regarding dog behavior and body language, and continues to further her knowledge with ongoing training and certifications.
She has a natural talent handling dogs of all ages, personalities, and backgrounds, as well as understanding their behavior, growing their confidence, and teaching them new things! She values dog enrichment and wants to help them see the world, other humans, and other dogs, in a positive way.
Hannah has learned so much from her 1st dog, Breitling. He is a 2 year old Bedlington Terrier, a rare & unusual breed of dog that most resembles a lamb! These two have broken records together in the dog sport world, and are on the way to making history as the 1st of his breed to earn a championship title in AKC Rally Obedience. Breitling also has his AKC Novice and Intermediate Trick titles, Rally Excellent title, Canine Good Citizen title, and passed the AKC Star Puppy Program.

Kiki Mcparlin
Professional Groomer
Since the day Kiki brought home her first dog, a small black and white pit bull terrier, she’s been in love with dogs.
Kiki’s experience in grooming started four years ago in a corporate salon where she started as a grooming apprentice. From there she passed their Grooming Academy to become a fully trained Professional Dog Groomer. Over the next year, she worked her way up to managing the salon and her own team of stylists. While working in that salon she was able to improve her grooming ability and loved developing great relationships with clientele.
Kiki felt it was time to move on as she became more interested in fear free grooming practices and continuing to build on those skills and knowledge while giving her clients more of a one on one experience. Kiki joined our team in November 2024!
