Methods & Resources

You and your dog deserve a professional to help you ethically guide behavior change and who supports you every step of the way.

The field of dog training is unregulated - and that is a scary thing. Who you choose to help with your dog’s behaviors can make or break whether those behaviors get worse or get better.

Our Lead Trainer Casey has been working with dogs for over 6 years and in addition to training basic manners, has specialized training in topics such as cooperative care, predatory behaviors, and more.

Training Methods We Use

Our training method is: fear free, force free, and positive reinforcement based.

Overwhelming scientific evidence confirms that using minimally invasive, positive reinforcement based methods are not only the most effective, but when implemented correctly, they come with no fall-out.

We use food, toys, and any other rewards your dog enjoys to effectively change associations, change their behavior, and maintain a strong bond with your dog. We also believe in a community effort, getting your family, dog’s veterinarian, dog’s groomer, and anyone else on board with the training plan is essential. No quick fixes exist!

If you are currently using these methods or devices and you are open to change, let's work together!
